Venues

We can offer you a huge range of venues in and around London, many of which have particular themes, from the traditional ‘Winter Wonderland’ to nostalgic ‘Eighties Now!’ via the exotic ‘One Night in Havana’.

There are three options that we offer when it comes to choosing your venue:

1. Private Bespoke party - a party that AOK Events create specifically for you for a one off evening.  This is the best way to ensure that you have a party that suits your exact needs.

2. Private Packaged Party - a party that you take the venue privately for the evening. The venue runs throughout Christmas with the same theme and other companies take it on other nights.  This is often the most economical way of organising a Christmas Party.

3. Shared Parties - the same as option 2, except the venue will have 4 or 5 nights over Christmas where they allow us to buy tables of 10 upwards, sharing with other companies.  Ideal for smaller groups with small budgets!

Group Sizes

We can cater for any group size, from 10 to 1,000 plus. Smaller groups can have the benefit of a big party atmosphere without the expense of hiring your own venue by attending one of our Shared Party Nights (see above), or we can arrange your own private, bespoke party for larger groups.

Party Inclusions 

We can arrange whatever you want in order to generate the right atmosphere of festive cheer (within reason!) Some of our shared parties are packaged to include all the important elements that make a great bash – food, drink, entertainment, venue decoration – or we can create a completely bespoke party to suit your budget and other requirements. Whether you want a lunch, a cocktail party or dinner with or without music, entertainers, dancing, Christmas decorations, transport, and accommodation – AOK Events can organise absolutely anything you want to make your event a memorable success.

Costs

Our parties are designed to suit any budget.

There are plenty of options for those with smaller budgets but if you do have more money to spend, then you will find you have a greater choice of venues and event content. Some costs can be found on our specific venues listed below, although do contact us if you have a specific budget and we can recommend venues and ideas.
