Sony Europe Professional Wimbledon Championships

For the first time ever, in 2011 the Wimbledon Championship finals were screened live in 3D. Sony Europe approached AOK Events to help showcase their vivid 3D technology, so we provided a private facility for Sony to invite their outside broadcast clients, press and senior Directors to the Championships. We were able to acquire, brand & staff their private facility with Sony products taking centre stage. Over the fortnight we installed their latest 3D TV, base units and sound system to increase brand exposure. This was the first time the technology was used in a live scenario and it is planned to be rolled out over the coming months when the 3D filming expands.

Elizabeth Arden Britney Spears/Cosmic Radiance, The O2 London

Elizabeth Arden asked AOK Events to create a hospitality experience in conjunction with their new fragrance "Cosmic Radiance Britney Spears". Since Britney was playing live shows in the UK we chose The O2 Arena, London. We arranged private chauffeurs for all beauty editors attending, each of which had back stage VIP entrance via the artist & crew entrance. Once inside guests were treated to a 5 course private dining experience where we created a theme that was on brand with the new product. Afterwards the guests were taken to a private suite adjacent to the stage where they enjoyed full hospitality with further branding, samples and experts on hand to discuss the products.

Brand Conference 2011 Wolverine Worldwide

Yet again Wolverine asked AOK Events to arrange their brand conference, a 10 day show case of 8 of their brands' Autumn/Winter 2012 shoe, apparel and accessory collections to 100 top European shoe distributors. After securing Penha Longa Hotel, Lisbon for the event, AOK oversaw all pre-event and on site event management, including full audio visual production. Each of the brands (including CAT, Merrell & Hush Puppies) gave us a glowing recommendation with our favourite comment being "you have redefined phenomenal" from the Global Sales & Marketing Director of CAT Footwear. Beiersdorf Nivea Natural Launch, Morocco

Beiersdorf's Nivea Natural's brand asked AOK Events to create a hospitality programme to tie in with the theme of their latest skin care products. AOK Events chose the destination of Marrakech in Morocco. We designed a programme that included natural spa indulgences using key ingredients from their new 'Pure & Natural' range. We also brought in industry specialists to talk about the products, and gave the guests an opportunity to use products throughout the trip including an Argan oil demonstration by village women from Essaoira.

Microsoft Advertising & Online re-launch MSN

AOK Events were asked to help Microsoft re-launch MSN,with the key objective to build awareness of the MSN re-launch and to engage & celebrate this with Microsoft's trade audience in a cool, fun and social environment. Number 1 Mayfair looked gorgeous thanks to some great furniture, a load of beautiful lighting and the guests were well catered for with cocktails, canapes and some kick arse tunes. AOK Events ensured that the party went with a swing.
