Last night, a select group of the event industry’s finest gathered at the stunning Serpentine Sackler Gallery & Magazine, to celebrate Mustard Catering’s Spring Summer Collection.
All I can say is, wow! Mushroom Wafer, New Truffle & Quail Eggs; Seared Tuna, Yuzu Aioli, Wild Rice & Wakame; Pickled Crab, Avocado & Lime Taco to name but a few but the absolute winner in my opinion Air Dried Beef and Truffle Croque Monsier – one of the best canapés I have ever had the pleasure to eat.
We heard from KP Kofler the founder of Kofler & Kompanie who has now taken over the reigns of Mustard Catering, learning more about his move into the London market & exciting plans for the future. Mustard Catering have exclusive rights to the evening events in The Serpentine Sackler Gallery & Magazine and it is certainly a fabulous space for receptions & dinners.
The space is modern & contemporary with a wonderful open kitchen perfect for showcasing the unbelievably talented chefs. After quaffing Champagne & fabulous cocktails in Magazine we were treated to a private view of the amazing Zaha Hadid exhibition in The Sackler Gallery next door.
A truly wonderful evening & I look forward to working with both of these teams in 2017.
