AOK Events was founded in 2000 by Alex Hewitt, who had spent the previous 10 years working for other event agencies. With Jo Greenstock and Simon Hanbury, they set up shop in a tiny, stiflingly hot office in Hammersmith and initially concentrated on being a corporate hospitality broker, but client demand meant they very quickly fledged into the full-service event management company that we still are today.
Our team is our most valuable asset and we really believe that genuinely enjoying what we do shows in our work and sets us apart.

DON’T IGNORE THE ELEPHANT PODCAST
AOK Events sponsor the ‘Don’t Ignore the Elephant’ podcast, hosted by Dr Liz O’Riordan as part of our commitment to promote good wellbeing. It’s a podcast designed to help people face difficult topics from anxiety, body image, the menopause and dealing with grief. Hopefully, by introducing the podcast to the widest possible audience, it encourages people to talk about their ‘elephants’
