In 2026 we became a certified B Corporation, reflecting our ongoing commitment to accountability, transparency and continuous improvement across every part of the business. We are immensely proud of qualifying with a score of 115, which sets us apart from the industry average of 80 points.
In 2023, we decided to become an EOT (Employee Ownership Trust), empowering our team to take ownership for the great work they deliver. We also actively work with Event Cycle to manage the impact of our events and our Positive Planet accreditation holds our environmental standards to account. We consider the impact of our company and event operations carefully and off-set our carbon emissions where we can.
Giving Back
Ace of Clubs is a charity based in Clapham, London, dedicated to supporting homeless and vulnerable individuals. Established in 1995 by the Redemptorist community, the organisation offers a range of services, including daily hot meals, showers, laundry facilities, and clothing.
Since we started working with the charity, we have delivered full theming for their Christmas seasons, helped run a charity gala which raised over £40,000 and served countless meals and cups of tea to the local community.

Our Story
AOK Events was founded in 2000 by Alex Hewitt, who had spent the previous 10 years working for other event agencies. With Jo Greenstock and Simon Hanbury they set up shop in a tiny, stiflingly hot office in Hammersmith and initially concentrated on being a corporate hospitality broker, but client demand meant they very quickly fledged into the full service event management company that we still are today.

To be successful in our industry, an agency needs to have a passionate and knowledgeable leadership team supported by talented, loyal, hard-working staff. Since 2000 we have employed the very best account managers, event managers, creatives, back office staff and marketeers available.

Case Study: Pip & Nut's 10th Anniversary Celebration
Fellow B Corp Pip & Nut approaches us to bring their 10th company anniversary celebration to life. Using their products throughout the catering, we transformed Shoreditch venue, Kachette, into a squirrel’s paradise.
Case Study: Innocent Nature Day at the Mole
Our long time client innocent asked us to help them with an off-site and overnight stay for all of their UK&I staff featuring a company update, breakout sessions, activities and a party in the evening. Their aim was for everyone to work together and interact while learning about innocent’s product updates. They also wanted the day to feel as at one with nature as possible (subject to our delightful English summer weather) and stressed the importance of making it sustainable and low impact.
Case Study: LinkedIn Future of Growth Summit
For their Future of Growth summit, LinkedIn were looking to organise a hybrid conference for their clients to join in London as well as through VR headsets in the EMEAL and LATAM regions. The focus for the event setup was to make it as sustainable as possible including an emissions friendly venue, vegetarian catering and a setup that could be donated and repurposed after the event.
