In honour of the Emperor, Jean-Rémy decided to name his best vintage "Brut Impérial".
Following your tour, a sumptuous, 8 course lunch, prepared by Moet et Chandon’s expert chefs, will be served in one of the fine, private dining rooms available at the cellars. Sommeliers will have chosen six of Moet et Chandon’s Champagnes to accompany the 8 courses, consisting of 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 cheese and 2 desserts.
