BRIEF: Elizabeth Arden approached us looking for a venue and full event management for a press dinner to launch their brand new Eight Hour Mist product.
VENUE: The venue brief was ‘luxury’ with space for 55 banqueting on one table. wefindvenues secured the 5 star Langham, London which has enchanted royalty, dignitaries, celebrities, and discerning guests for over 150 years.
WHAT WE DID:
- AOK Creative took inspiration for the design of the event décor from the natural ingredients used in the Eight Hour Mist, creating individual terrariums as place settings. We worked with top florists to create the stunning centrepieces and even took a private workshop to learn how to make the terrariums ourselves - helping our client stay within budget.
- We created an innovative Projection Mist Curtain, allowing guests to walk straight through the Elizabeth Arden branding and into their event. This provided an unusual brand & product touch-point that guests loved
- We worked closely the chef at The Langham to design a bespoke menu reflecting the brand, including a branded desert and dry ice touches to emulate the mist in the Eight Hour Mist.
- We designed and created a bespoke branded ice bar serving juice shots of all the natural elements which were accents in the Eight Hour Mist for guests to enjoy on arrival.
RESULTS: The event was a fabulous success with great social presence over Twitter & Instagram #eighthourmist
