ABBAYE DES VAUX DE CERNAY

  • Location: Cernay-la-ville, France
  • Bedrooms: 147
  • Capacity: 110 theatre style

Opened in October 2023, Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay is set to be one of the finest hotels in the region. Located within 75 acres of rolling countryside and only 45 minutes from Paris, the retreat offers true luxury and an escape from city life. In addition to a huge array of on-site activities available including boating, a cinema and gaming room, there will also be beautiful bespoke meeting rooms.

THE PENINSULA

  • Location: Hyde Park Corner
  • Capacity: St George Ballroom : 650 theatre | Wellington Room : 90 theatre | The Cinema : 15
  • Several smaller breakout rooms for up to 25 people

Another new opening this year, the long anticipated Peninsula Hotel occupies London’s most prestigious address. The elegant event spaces include their main ballroom, a relaxed private cinema and an alfresco terrace suite. Overall the hotel offers cutting edge technology, alongside luxury food and the legendary Peninsula service.

ESTELLE MANOR

  • Location: Oxfordshire
  • Bedrooms: 108
  • Max Capacity: Currently 15 boardroom style, additional event space to be built

The long awaited sibling of Maison Estelle has finally opened, and has already been named as one of the hottest new hotels in the UK. Estelle Manor is a hotel and members club located in the Cotswolds and is set amongst 3,000 acres. Currently the hotel offers 108 beautifully designed bedrooms, all-day dining space The Brasserie, Chinese restaurant The Billiards Room, The Clubhouse with a gym and yoga studio. Until the main event space is launched, a couple of smaller event spaces are perfect for teams on off-sites.

FRAMELESS

  • Location: Marble Arch, London
  • Capacity: 450 drinks reception

Frameless is a new and exciting, multi-sensory venue which is highly acclaimed and award-winning. Centrally located in Marble Arch, Frameless is a completely unique venue, offering total versatility for an array of different events. One of the particularly impressive elements of the venue is that the in-house team can create a bespoke backdrop for each event, which creates a real ‘wow-factor’ for guests. For large-scale events, you can also hire the venue exclusively. Whereas for smaller events the Blank Canvas room creates the perfect intimate space.

W HOTEL EDINBURGH

  • Location: St James Quarter

  • Capacity: 28 boardroom style or 150 drinks reception

Opened in November 2023, W Hotel Edinburgh will be centrally located in the St James Quarter, in the east end of Scotland’s capital city. Overall, the hotel will be spread across three buildings, including the ‘Ribbon’, the hotel will have 244 stylish bedrooms, a Sushi Samba restaurant and several private dining spaces. Concluding with a chef’s table and an amazing rooftop deck offering 360 degree views over Edinburgh.

OUTERNET

  • Location: Charing Cross Road  
  • Maximum Capacity: 500 x theatre style / 1670 x standing  

Outernet London is known as an entertainment district since opening its doors in the summer of 2022. Located conveniently with Tottenham Court Road tube station at their doorstep, Outernet is home to the largest, most advanced digital screens in Europe and un-rivalled in-house technical equipment. LAVO AT BOTREE HOTEL

  • Location: Marylebone, London 
  • Bedrooms at the BoTree: 199 rooms, including 30 suites 
  • Maximum Capacity: 220 seated / 360 standing 

Set to be one of London’s hottest launches, LAVO, The BoTree’s signature restaurant, will serve sophisticated Italian cuisine with coastal flair. After perfecting a signature style and earning a loyal following in Los Angeles, LAVO is now set to delight guests at its new location in London.
