Hospitality packages for children are often discounted. If we use Polo in the Park as an example, it is more cost-effective to invite a guest, their partner and two children on the Family Day (Sunday) than it is to invite two guests on the Corporate Day (Friday).

HENLEY ROYAL REGATTA – 2nd – 7th July
Henley will always be a “blue chip” event and the perfect place to entertain clients. This 6-day event has a dedicated family day on the Sunday, where bespoke VIP packages can be created within your very own private suite.
With plenty of parking, Henley is a good location to invite families who prefer to drive, and AOK Events can organise transfers from local train stations as well.
CHESTERTONS POLO IN THE PARK – 7th – 9th June
Family Finals Day at Polo in the Park provides fun for all ages! From a pitch invasion by children’s entertainers, Sharky & George, to roaming magicians and face painters, there really is so much to do.
Made better by incredible food & drink, this hospitality experience is the perfect corporate hospitality event in central London.
HAMPTON COURT PALACE FESTIVAL – 11th – 21st June
A day at the palace starts with a private tour, with actors sharing the stories of the multiple Kings and Queens that shaped its history. You can then enjoy premium hospitality in the Banquet Hall and explore the Palace Gardens before enjoying an intimate concert.
This year’s lineup includes Tom Jones, Nile Rodgers, Jack Savoretti, Sam Ryder, Paloma Faith and Jessie J.
A DAY OF CRICKET AT LORD’S OR THE OVAL – May – September
Both London cricket grounds have designed family-specific VIP packages for this year’s domestic The Hundred and Vitality Blast matches.
There are a number of weekend fixtures, including international tests, as well as The Hundred and county cricket… making it the perfect place to invite clients and their children on a date that suits.
