The Brief
Bottomline were hosting an after-party for their clients post payments conference Sibos. They asked AOK Live to help them make a name for themselves for hosting incredible after-parties and we took on the challenge!
The Venue
To reflect the cloud based technology our client Bottomline create, AOK Live secured the Eighteen Sky Bar at the InterContinental London O2, which boasts breathtaking top floor views of Canary Wharf, high in the sky.
What we did
- Managed all food and beverage, including a bespoke branded doughnut wall for guests to enjoy throughout the event
- Secured the fantastic Gok Wan to DJ
- Booked entertainment including an iPad magician, SelfieBot and wandering stars to mystify guests
- Managed cablecar transfers on the Emirates Sky Line, with champagne on board to welcome guests
- Event production, including helping with light production
- Branding of the whole event space
