The Brief
For the London and Paris editions of the Bubble Tour 2025, Bubble, one of the industry’s leading AI innovators, partnered with our team to provide full venue sourcing, end-to-end event management, and bespoke production for two dynamic, one-day conferences that showcased the brand’s modern, forward-thinking identity.
Each event welcomed around 200 guests in a theatre-style setup. The conferences concluded with a drinks reception for networking and engagement. To complement the main sessions, the venues also featured dedicated spaces for coffee breaks and post-event gatherings, fostering connection and collaboration among attendees.
From sourcing stylish, inspiring venues in both Paris and London to coordinating the flow of the day, our goal was to create an experience that showcased Bubble’s forward-thinking spirit and global reach, setting the stage for future editions of the Bubble Tour.
What We Did in London & Paris
- Full event management
- Venue finding for both venues in London & Paris
- Branded venue design, featuring custom floor and wall vinyls, bespoke entrance displays, stage design, and stacked cubes by our in-house designer
- Sourced bespoke SWAG items, including tote bags, sticker sheets, and more
- Comprehensive production services, including live streaming and multilingual translation
- As the London venue was a dry hire, we procured all staging, furniture, production and catering equipment
- Full catering services, including canapés, bowl-style dishes, and beverages
- Contracted six photographers and videographers to capture professional interviews, event coverage, headshots, highlight reels, and product footage
- Hired all furniture, including soft seating, lounge chairs, conference seating, and interview setups
- Coordinated an exclusive VIP wine tasting at the same venues
London Venue: Protein Studios
Our client wanted a versatile London venue that could offer a stylish and flexible setting for their event. Protein Studios in Shoreditch was the ideal choice, providing a dynamic dry-hire space that could be tailored to their exact needs. We sourced this venue through our Venue Finding service, ensuring it perfectly matched the client’s vision and requirements.
Paris Venue: #Cloud Business Centre
For their Paris event, our client wanted a contemporary venue that combined convenience with top-tier facilities. The Cloud Business Centre, located in the heart of the city, offered a fully equipped auditorium for 200 guests, making it an ideal setting for their business gathering. Its modern amenities and central location provided a professional yet welcoming environment for all attendees.
