The Brief
We delivered a festive Christmas Party at the iconic Brasserie Zédel, creating a premium yet joyful celebration tailored to the client’s brief.
With a fixed event date of the 11th December and a guest list of up to 300, the client wanted a unique, non-hotel venue that captured the feel of a private members’ club, while also creating a warm Parisian-inspired atmosphere for their Christmas Party. Brasserie Zédel provided the perfect backdrop, offering grand private spaces. The evening was brought to life with a wide range of entertainment curated by AOK Entertains.
Brasserie Zédel
For this Christmas Party, we handled the full venue search, securing Brasserie Zédel, a rare exclusive-hire opportunity in London’s Theatre District. The flexible space accommodated all 300 guests, transforming from its daytime seated layout into a lively standing reception.
In addition to the main brasserie, the venue offered two intimate spaces and the option for an afterparty in the vibrant Crazy Coqs Bar until 3:00 am. Its location, just a three-minute walk from the client’s offices, added extra convenience.
The Londoner
We also coordinated 50 nearby bedrooms at The Londoner, providing convenient, high-quality accommodation for guests and ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience from the party into the night.
What we did
- Full-service event management including pre-event site visits and onsite coordination
- Sourced the event venue at Brasserie Zédel, as well as accommodation at The Londoner
- Full budget management
- Designed a creative concept inspired by the Parisian atmosphere of the venue
- Led regular pre-planning and logistics meetings with the client and suppliers
- Liaised with Brasserie Zédel in the lead-up including bespoke food menus, revised floor layouts and branding opportunities
- Contracted 5 multiple styling suppliers including production, furniture, floristry and bespoke décor
- Sourced and managed all entertainment suppliers via AOK Entertains including a 7-piece band, DJs, saxophonist, magician, sketching duo, vintage photobooth and bespoke pick & mix tricycle
- Coordinated registration and gifting stations onsite
- Contracted and coordinated bespoke stage set, lighting and DJ booths
