The Brief
Our client sought to organise a premium offsite for their Founders retreat in Europe. The key requirements were:
Excellent flight accessibility for attendee’s and within a 1.5 hour transfer of nearby airport
Warm climate allowing for an outdoor-friendly experience
A modern, high-end hotel aligned with the client’s luxury brand image
A memorable and unique programme of activities nearby to enhance the overall experience.
As this was the first-ever event of its kind for the client, it was essential to deliver an exceptional, brand-reflective experience.
What we delivered
- Extensive destination and venue research considering brand alignment, luxury standards, accessibility, destination climate and seasonal considerations, venue availability, capacity and client budget
- Two rounds of site visits checking for accommodation quality, amenities, meeting and event spaces and local activity options
- Negotiation and budget alignment with shortlisted venues, successfully securing heavily discounted rates to meet the client’s budget without compromising on quality.
