The Brief
Hasbro came to us looking for inspiration for the summer festival they were planning to get their whole team together. With the freedom to submit different proposals our creative team suggested the venue and multiple entertainment and food options in a collaborative effort to create a summer festival everyone enjoyed.
The Venue
Amber Lakes was the perfect venue for the brief as the wide space and freedom to use any supplier allowed for the open air set up to accommodate 250 guests.
What we did

- Fairground rides include bumper cars, helter scelter and fun house
- Live music from our roaming band
- Stilt walkers
- Glitter face painters
- 4 food trucks and 3 bars
- Tipi, festival flags and bunting

- VW flower photobooth
- On-site event management
The Results
Hasbro were very happy with the event and are looking to repeat it next year.
