The Brief
TikTok were celebrating their mission to Inspire Creativity and Enrich Life and wanted to roll out activations across their EMEA offices. We designed a series of in-office activations with workshops and branded decor over a two week period that inspired creativity across 19 locations.
The scope of our event management fell into three categories: gold, silver and bronze. The largest event was delivered in TikTok’s London office where families were invited to join the team for a creative day of workshops, talks and to be enchanted by magician Richard Jones.
What We did:
Gold Event in London
- On-site and pre-event management
- Calligraphy workshop

- Sustainably printed colouring wall
- Branded decor including balloons and bunting
- Partner branded stands
- A custom sustainably built shop front promoting merchandise from a partner company, linked to an e-commerce platform which will be kept in the offices all year round
Silver Events in Dubai, Madrid, Berlin, Amsterdam and Tel Aviv
- On-site event management
- Co-ordinated and organised delivery of equipment and branding
- Calligraphy workshop
- Digital and printed branding and decor
- Bespoke colouring wall with drawing materials
Bronze Events in Paris, Dublin, Munich, Hamburg, Warsaw, Barcelona, Milan, Stockholm, Istanbul, Cairo and Johannesburg
- Pre-recorded bespoke virtual calligraphy workshops incorporating company values
- Co-ordinated and organised delivery of equipment and branding
- Bunting and branded decorations
- Bespoke colouring wall with drawing materials
The Results
TikTok reported the in-office activations were successful in engaging their teams to explore their creativity with magician Richard Jones being a hit with young guests at the main event in their London office.
