We oversaw the most celebrated event, in the gastronomy community!
The Brief
AOK Creative were tasked with making the Michelin Guide Revelation bigger and better, working in partnership with Michelin. AOK Creative were briefed with a lively evening sparkling wine reception and awards ceremony after being selected as the Michelin Guide’s UK based agency for the fourth year running.
We oversaw the most celebrated event in the gastronomic community
VENUE:
The Hurlingham Club, London
a five star venue to celebrate the best restaurants and chefs in Britain.
WHAT WE DID:
- Pre-event management including creative development, working alongside Michelin’s media teams, scheduling, and overseeing technical production
- Supporting event partners, including maximising the impact of their exhibition spaces
- Managing registry and invitations
- Management of food and beverage for the event
- On-site event management including rehearsals and the award show itself
- AV management including designing and building the stage set, lighting, sound and streaming of the awards ceremony
- Risk assessments as well as health and safety documents
THE RESULTS:
The Michelin Star Revelation was a huge success and we received outstanding feedback!
