The Brief
Every year, our client NetApp organises an awards ceremony for their UK&I partners and challenges us with making it a unique experience every time. This year, they were looking to book a new venue and blow their guests away with entertainment and an element of surprise.
The Venue
We booked Frameless in Marble Arch, which is an exciting new venue that immerses guests in classic artworks. Three smaller rooms provided a beautiful setting for the champagne reception with a different style and focus for each room.
For the dinner and awards we used the largest room for which we customised the artwork for the awards ceremony and where guests could experience the classic artworks during a three course dinner.
What we did
- Venue find and liaison with Frameless
- Full Event management and guest registration
- Champagne reception in the smaller gallery rooms
- Three course sit down dinner
- Booked comedian Sikisa to host the evening
- Bespoke graphics for the awards ceremony
- Had custom awards made and helped handing them out during the ceremony
- Booked a gospel choir to end the ceremony and start the celebration
- Booked a DJ for the end of the evening

The Entertainment
To round off the awards ceremony, AOK Entertains booked a speaker, DJ and gospel choir for the event.
The Results
The evening was delivered successfully and NetApp were very happy with the event and the invited partners loved the evening.
