The Brief
Our client were looking to bring together thought leaders and developers in London for their Cerebral Valley AI Summit hosted by Volley and Newcomer. They needed a relaxed space that could accommodate the hybrid event, with 200 guests in London and a live transmission to journalists in New York. As well as high-profile keynote speeches and fireside chats, the day also included breakout conversations and networking opportunities across two floors at 180 Studios.
The Venue
The Cerebral Valley team loved the natural light and blank canvas of 180 Studios with comfortable seating throughout. The in-built screens and AV system supported a live stream of the main stage throughout both spaces, with the ground floor kitchen providing a less formal setting with refreshments and an opportunity to have meetings and work throughout the day.

Bringing the brief to life
Our design team worked closely with the Cerebral Valley team to fully brand the event, considering structural elements of the venue and keeping the guest experience in mind. Delegates enjoyed a consistent experience, with strategically placed branded elements.
The Results
The event was well attended with flawless running of the busy event itinerary. We impressed with our agile event management to adapt to last minute changes.
