The Brief
For their 2024 Christmas party, our client wanted to create a high-end experience in a venue that combined sophistication with convenience. The event required a space with a capacity for 200 guests, proximity to their Piccadilly Circus offices, featuring a full stage set, and immersive theming to enhance the festive atmosphere. A separate drinks reception area was essential to ensure a seamless flow throughout the evening.
The Venue
Our client wanted a venue that was both stunning and sophisticated, and we found the perfect fit at Raffles London. The Lawrence and Whitehall Ballroom provided a beautiful setting with an elegant atmosphere. The layout ensured a good flow between the reception and dining areas, creating a seamless experience for all guests.
