The Brief
Paddy Power and Betfair wanted to treat guests with a first-class evening of poker. AOK Creative were asked to create a bespoke, high-end casino space for a lavish live event full of gambling and live entertainment.
The Venue
We secured L’Oscar in Holborn, a luxurious five star hotel whose interior design really fitted the bill perfectly for a high-end casino transformation by our events team.
What we did
- Liased with L'Oscar to bring together the event spaces
- Created a bespoke, branded casino space for the client which worked with their vision and the hotel design
- Curated tailored cocktails for the event
- Event managed reception drinks, seated dinner, and the poker tournament itself including pre and post event logistics
- Secured and liaised with all live entertainment for the evening,including a magician and poker masseuse
- On-site management on the evening of the event
The Results
The clients were incredibly impressed with the event. They loved the venue and expressed their enjoyment of working with us, voicing that it was another successful event with AOK Creative.
