The Brief
For their 10th anniversary, Pip & Nut entrusted us with creating a celebration that went beyond just a party. With 150 guests in attendance, the purpose of the event was to honour the journey of Pip & Nut over the years, whilst also giving thanks to their incredible team, suppliers & supporters who have been part of their success.
It was important to the client that we reflected the brand’s origins into the theme & design of the event space – incorporating playful nods to squirrels, nature, and of course, nuts. From a bespoke menu created using their products, to immersive brand storytelling, every detail was crafted to ensure their impressive milestone was truly unforgettable.
The Venue
To bring the client’s bespoke vision to life, we knew that we needed to source a blank canvas venue within a location that reflected the edgy, artistic vibe of Shoreditch. Nestled within a Shoreditch railway arch & just a few minutes’ walk from the Pip & Nut office, Kachette offered the perfect setting.
Its raw industrial space offered complete flexibility, making it the perfect setting for creating a stunning woodland-themed experience.
What we did
- Full event management
- Venue finding
- Co-ordinated a bespoke menu with the caterers, including themed canapé trays
- Installed a full woodland theme including a large tree in the centre of an oak circular bar
- Co-ordinated suppliers including florists, furniture, props, branding and installation
- Booked a live DJ via AOK Entertains
- Sourced a photobooth and photographer
- Branding including an immersive vinyl backdrop as well as 6ft bespoke squirrel
DJ Paul
DJ Paul set the perfect tone for the dance floor, playing an expertly curated mix of tracks that kept the energy high all night. His seamless transitions and keen sense of timing ensured the guests were entertained and engaged from start to finish.
The Results
