The History
We have taken care of AON’s Rendez-vous de Septembre transportation for 20 years. Organised by the government of Monaco annually to bring insurers from all around the world together for a week of meetings and events in the glamorous city state on the Cote d’Azur.
AON first approached us to support their event management team at the event in 2005. The very first brief was to support AON’s staff and clients with transportation in different vehicles to reflect the international guests of the meeting. We organised a black cab, yellow New York taxi, Red Bus and Trabi to bring their guests between hotels and meeting venues.
Since then we have taken care of AON’s Rendez-vous transportation every year, with branded cars and an increasing amount of dinners and venue bookings for evening events.
What We do
- Fully managed car service available 12 hours a day
- Event managers on location organising up to 200 journeys a day
- Nine branded electric cars parked in Casino square
- Event manager at main meeting location at One Monte Carlo
- Dinners at the Port Palace
- After parties for 300 guests
- Venue finding for Hotel Suites booked for private meetings
Meetings & Events
In addition to taking care of their Rendez-vous de Septembre transportation, we also help AON find venues for their dinners and evening events throughout the insurance week in Monte Carlo.
The Results
Happy with our services, our work with AON at the Rendez-vous has grown from the core transportation service over the last 20 years. We now organise a full fleet of branded cars and a programme of events including dinners, after parties and private suites.
