The Brief
For their Christmas party, The Trade Desk wanted to provide their employees with an amazing end of year festive party. Set at a venue with a wow factor with views to showcase London to some of the US team that flew over for the event.
The Venue
We chose Skygarden as it is an iconic London venue and an amazing place to see the city from. The gardens and foliage lent themselves well to the theme of a midwinter nights dream. In addition, the grandeur of the space aligned really well with their brief for a black tie event.
What we did
- Sourced, booked and managed the venue
- Oversaw AV lighting and production for the band
- Managed guest registration
- Organised all catering
- Installed soft furnishings
- Booked entertainers: a band, wandering characters on stilts and roaming dancers, tarot card reader, photo booth, sketching duo
The Entertainment
Cover Band
With a vibrant playlist, the band set the tune for the evening.
Sketch Duo
A unique way of capturing guests with a take away from the evening.
Tarot Card Reader
Our victorian magic inspired card reader roamed the crowd.
Roaming Acts
Our themed dancers mingled with guests and set the mid-winter nights party mood.
Live DJ
With a party this size, a live DJ is a must!
The Results
The Trade Desk said it was the best festive party they had ever done and they had fantastic feedback from their guests about the entertainment.
