Tradeweb Beach Party in Nice

The Brief

Every year, AOK Events organise a beach party for our clients Tradeweb during the Fixed Income Leaders Summit in Nice. Due to the competition to throw the best beach party of the summit, we were tasked with organising a bigger, bolder and edgier party than ever before.

The Venue

We exclusively hired out the Plage Beau Rivage beach club on Nice’s Promenade des Anglais for it’s exclusive beach access and great views of the sunset. It’s central location also makes it easy to get to.

Full branding

To make the venue stand out on the promenade we installed a 1 metre glow balloon at the entrance. We also branded fedora hats, napkins, cocktail toppers and stirrers and blankets.

The results

Attendance surpassed expectations and we were successful in staging the best party at the Fixed Income Leaders Summit. We created such a buzz that guests continued talking about our event in the following days, for all the right reasons.
