The Brief
We organised an exclusive weekend getaway or a client who wanted a fresh venue and event management for their annual staff retreat. They were looking for a large open space to host their weekend, so AOK Creative secured The Wilderness Reserve in which we constructed their private yurt village, organised a range of countryside activities, put on a great evening party and a Fire Feast dinner in the woods.

The Venue
AOK Creative secured the beautiful Wilderness Reserve, where countryside crosses with luxury.
What we did
- Sourced the venue, conducted site visits and managed all communication with the venue
- On-site and pre-event management
- Constructed a yurt village complete with a domed living room!
- Put on a range of activities from goose herding to axe throwing, flower crown making to boat races
- AV and production management for the evening party including lighting, live band and DJ
- Catering management including a Fire Feast, with amazing food cooked over an open fire
- Health and safety documents
