The Brief
World Wide Technology were looking to bring The EMEA team together for their 2026 Sales Kick-Off. With 110 internal attendees and 40 partners joining, they had their focus on Istanbul, aiming to prepare for the year ahead, whilst also giving the international group a valuable opportunity to connect in person.
Istanbul was selected based on strong travel and cultural links, and being the only city in the world across two continents, it is a natural meeting point for these key WWT regions. The offsite struck a healthy balance between focused team sessions and keynotes, set against time to build and strengthen connections across teams.
The Venue: The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul
Tasked with finding a venue that could deliver both world-class conference spaces and varied high-quality dining experiences, we looked for a hotel that combined practicality with a premium feel, whilst also allowing for a welcome drinks reception with wow-factor.
After careful consideration, we selected The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul for its spectacular conference facilities, a conference foyer with a balcony and view of the Bosphorus, and a variety of dining options to keep guests refreshed over the three days. Guests enjoyed gourmet Turkish cuisine and a welcome reception at world-famous Nobu, which provided the perfect backdrop for a welcome reception with canapés and bowl food.
