The Brief
WorldFirst approached AOK Events to arrange their afternoon conference and drinks reception for 200 guests. In addition to sourcing and managing the venue, we created a branded stage set and handled all catering, production, and decor for the event.
We also organised a bespoke football activation, aligned with their sponsorship of EURO 2024, for guests to enjoy.
The Venue
The conference took place at Pan Pacific London, which opened in 2021. We made use of their private event entrance and had exclusive use of the Pacific Ballroom.
